This is an original (printed at the time of release) promotional die-cut hanging mobile promotional store display advertising:
NIRVANA NEVERMIND LP in 1991.
It consists of two pieces attached by the original string.  The top piece measures approximately  7 x 16 inches and the bottom die-cut piece with the naked baby measures approximately 12 by 19 inches and is in VG+ condition, with some creases / folds but no tears, holes, stains or major damage.  Please see my giant photo for an accurate condition report.
