This auction is for a Lawrence Borg  Rivoli Golden State Theatre Metal & Wood stamper sign advertisement Stamper. It is 7 1/4x1 5/8x1 inch. This may date 1926 because this stamp is on the Gala Opening Night Flyer at the  The Rivoli Theatre  Berkeley at San Pablo Avenue & University Avenue.  The Rivioli was built  in 1925 and in 1926 may have became part of the  Parkway Theatre Berkeley. The Rivoli and Parkway were sold in 1931 to the Golden State Theatre & Realty Corp., San Francisco.
