Uruguay Scott C14-C25, mint lightly hinged, short set. An unusually fresh, lightly hinged set missing one value (Scott C20 which is the 76c). Centering is well above average for most values. Rarely offered. A great airmail set, missing one middle value from an undervalued country. See scans. As shown; as is. International shipping by registered first-class mail.

Shipping will be made by method and for the cost shown in the listing (typically by USPS First Class Mail or USPS International First Class Mail) with the following exceptions:
